Mash Tun

The Hagyo Distilling mash tun is innovative and fully automated with features that allow the distiller to control and monitoring more precisely the mashing process. Featuring a touchscreen with an intuitive user interface, the distiller can easily load and save recipes according to parameters that allow for a controlled mashing process.

The mash tun comes standard with an in-built variable frequency withdrawal and circulation pump. Additional, optional features of the mash tun include direct steam injection for corn based mashes.
